The weather is GREAT!!

Today in mid March, the temperature was in the low ’80s and breezy. Although some people I knew were starting to suffer from seasonal allergies, I was just fine.
One huge benefit of living and having real estate in the Pinehurst and Southern Pines area of North Carolina, is the weather. You get enough cold time to have that northern feel, yet if you want to go out without a coat for a quick jog to the mailbox you are fine.
My kids played soccer after school today. They wore shorts and the quick and easy drive from Southern Pines to Pinehurst was a delight. The windows were wide open in the car as we sang songs.
Our windows in our house were wide open as well. The real estate in this area is very peaceful as well. For example I live in a subdivision where the lots average the size of .8 - 1 acre just loaded with pine trees.
We’ll see what tomorrow brings as far as weather goes. I’ll talk more about the GREAT commute I have here in the Southern Pines Real Estate of North Carolina!
